Geocaching
Geocaching mixes the fun of scavenger hunting with satellite technology to create an exciting outdoor adventure. Today’s version of the treasure hunt - only instead of using a dilapidated map where “X” marks the spot, participants use Global Position Systems (GPS) units to navigate. Activity possibilities are endless from hunting for published caches in a region to looking for caches hidden on location during a campout or Girl Scout meeting.
