Girl Scouts Spring Luncheon set for March 11

Celebrate 98 years of Girl Scouting at spring luncheon in Baton Rouge

Please join Girl Scout volunteers, alumnae, friends of Girl Scouting, for the Girl Scouts Louisiana East's annual spring luncheon on Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Lod Cook Alumni Center on LSU's campus, 3838 W. Lakeshore Drive in Baton Rouge. Please arrive at 11:30 a.m. for meet & greet. Presenting sponsor is Valero, and additional sponsors are Kean Miller, LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand, and Baton Rouge Printing.

Mistress of ceremonies is Christel Slaughter, Ph.D. and keynote speaker is Myrtle Dorsey, Ph.D. Chancellor, Baton Rouge Community College.

Table captains who are those who host a table of their friends at the luncheon, as well as luncheon sponsors are needed.
