~ Celebrating 100 years of Girl Scouting ~

Happy 100th Birthday, Girl Scouts! All Girl Scout alumnae, friends, and volunteers are invited to the council's 100th anniversary fundraising luncheon on Thursday, March 15, from 12 to 1 p.m. (meet and greet at 11:30 a.m.) at the Lod Cook Alumni Center on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge. Diane Deaton, Weathercaster for WAFB Ch. 9 in Baton Rouge will serve as the Mistress of Ceremonies.
Additional Sponsors and Table Captains are needed.
According to McClendon, table captains, who are those who host a table of their friends at the luncheon, are needed for the luncheon as well as additional corporate sponsors. The actual luncheon itself is free to attend, but a donations will be solicited.
