Description:
Volunteer at the American Red Cross South Louisiana Region / Louisiana Capital Area Chapter's Fire Prevention Neighborhood Canvassing in honor of the Martin Luther King Day of Service. The Fire Prevention canvassing event will take place in the 70805 and 70807 zip codes residential areas of Baton Rouge.

Where: Kick Off will be held at the Exxon Mobil YMCA, 7717 Howell Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70805
Time: 8 - 8:30 a.m. Kickoff ceremony
8 a.m. Volunteer Arrival for Canvassing Project Orientation on safety.
9 a.m. Canvassing Begins in residential areas.
12 p.m. Canvassing ends
12:30pm Volunteer Lunch at Exxon Mobil YMCA

All youth under age 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult, with a one adult to three youth ratio.
Registration forms will be sent to those interested.in volunteering.
