Open to girls, grades 6-12

Have you always dreamed of visiting the birthplace of Girl Scouts? Join our council’s travel group as we make preparations for a five day trip to Savannah, GA on June 1 - 5, 2013. Event fee includes bus transportation, four nights lodging, four deluxe continental breakfasts, and admissions. The group will meet for a pre-trip planning session to determine the activities they want to do while in Savannah. Their plans may include visiting Tybee Island, a Dolphin Cruise, dinner at Paula Deans, and a fun session at the Birthplace.

Where: Depart and return from GSLE Corporate Headquarters, 841 S. Clearview Parkway, New Orleans, LA 70121
Fee: *$500 per girl/*$400 per adult. *Final price will be determined by girl planning. A $50 deposit is due at time of registration.
Capacity: Minimum/Maximum 40 girls
Registration Instructions: Complete the GSLE Program Event Registration form for each individual and fax with credit card payment or mail with check or credit card payment for the $50 deposit to: Girl Scouts Louisiana East, 841 S. Clearview Parkway, New Orleans, LA 70121 / Fax: 504-733-8219. A pre-meeting notice will be emailed to discuss money- earning activities and girl planning.
Registration Opens: October 1, 2012. Deadline for Deposit has been extended to February 1, 2013 or when maximum capacity is reached.
